About
Restore & Rebalance in Ottawa
Lotus (莲): In East Asian culture, the lotus rises clean from the mud—symbolizing healing and clarity amid adversity. Grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we deliver precise acupuncture and integrative care to restore the mind and rebalance the body.
Care (心): Skill with compassion—attentive diagnosis, gentle technique, and evidence-informed safety. From discomfort to balance, we guide patients along the path from mud to bloom.
Lotus Care (心莲堂) is committed to building lasting relationships within a supportive community and to shaping the future of TCM for a healthier Ottawa.

The Real TCM Experience: Welcome to Lotus Care
We didn’t just open a clinic; we brought a legacy to Ottawa.
For generations, our family has practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in its purest form. When we arrived in Canada, we noticed something: while acupuncture was becoming popular, the deep, authentic essence of TCM was often getting lost in translation.
We founded Lotus Care with a singular, uncompromising mission: to introduce the people of Ottawa to authentic, unaltered Chinese Medicine.
What Makes Lotus Care Different?
We believe that true healing requires an environment of absolute excellence and practitioners who deeply understand the craft. We stand apart through two core pillars:
1. A Sanctuary of High Standards From the moment you walk through our doors, you will feel the difference. We have designed a premium, high-standard environment that honors the dignity of ancient medicine while providing the immaculate safety and comfort of a modern clinical setting. At Lotus Care, every detail is intentional, creating a space where your nervous system can truly reset.
2. The “Lotus Standard” of 1-on-1 Mentorship Authentic TCM cannot be learned in a weekend workshop. It is an art and a science passed down directly from master to student. That is why every practitioner at Lotus Care undergoes rigorous, exclusive 1-on-1 mentorship. Driven by the same academic precision required to author clinical textbooks for acupuncture students, our founders personally train every new team member. We don’t just hand them a manual; we guide their hands, refine their diagnostics, and share decades of family clinical wisdom.
This means that whether you see our founders or our newest team member, you are receiving the exact same profound, authentic care.
